Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant and Operations Support to the Team Leader of the Business Development or Account Management Team, you will be responsible for day-to-day order management, preparing analysis forms for orders, documents, and proof of concept (POC) for approval, verifying documents with the legal team, maintaining order details, ACV, TCV, contract period data manually, arranging pending collection calls, conducting timely sales review calls, filtering and cleaning data from the billing system, changing sales managers in the system, creating new users, assigning sales managers, analyzing revenue by client, region, and sales manager, sharing and analyzing closed clients, maintaining new client details, providing data required by CRO, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all company services and products. - Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone. - Support the Manager in day-to-day sales activities through collection, lead locking, and client coordination. - Research and identify new market opportunities. - Search for new tenders on different websites for specific regions and secure them. - Coordinate with Solution and Development teams for timely submission of tenders. - Maintain a database of tender submissions and existing accounts/customers. - Follow up with existing clients for overdue invoices and PO renewals, monitor and schedule client meetings. - Act as the central point of coordination for the regional team. - Maintain confidentiality. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new technologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Strong skills in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking with a commitment to excellence.
