Role Overview: You are joining as a fresh graduate in MBA Finance, B.Com, or BBA to be a part of the Sales team at Zenwork. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, showcase how Zenworks solutions cater to their finance and compliance requirements, and guide them through their decision-making process. This role is performance-oriented with a fixed salary along with additional incentive-based earnings. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with leads and prospects through calls, emails, and demos to present Zenworks product offerings. - Understand the needs of customers and assist in converting their interest into successful onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, feedback, and status updates using Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus. - Proficiency in English is essential. Qualification Required: Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: - Recent graduate or final-year student in MBA (Finance), B.Com, or BBA. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in SaaS sales. - Knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM tool is advantageous. - Previous internship or exposure to customer engagement roles is a bonus.
