As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to join our team and contribute to our growth.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Support Intern who is passionate about learning and eager to gain practical experience in the field of performance consulting and B2B sales operations. The Intern will work closely with our sales team to provide administrative and operational support, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes.


Responsibilities:

·      Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.

·      Prepare sales-related documents and presentations, including proposals, contracts, and sales reports.

·      Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.

·      Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities.

·      Provide support during client meetings and presentations, including preparing materials and taking meeting minutes.

·      Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

·      Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and pricing.

·      Help maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data by updating customer information and tracking sales activities.

·      Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

·      Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager or supervisor.


Requirements:

1.      Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2.      Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

3.      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

4.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

5.      Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

6.      Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7.      Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills.

8.      Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
