Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Intern to assist the sales and business development teams with coordination, documentation, customer follow-up, and reporting.
This role is suitable for freshers who want to build a career in sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily coordination activities.
• Handle customer follow-ups and maintain communication records.
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Support order processing and coordination with operations teams.
• Help track sales leads, inquiries, and conversions.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and sales-related data.
• Provide support during sales campaigns, meetings, and client interactions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and teamwork mindset.
• Must be able to work on-site in Coimbatore.
