About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Trainee to support customer relationship activities, handle customer queries, manage order follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. This role is suitable for freshers who want to build a career in Customer Relationship Management, Operations, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages.
• Manage customer queries related to orders, products, and services.
• Update customer records and databases.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for issue resolution.
• Track order status and follow up with customers for updates.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely responses.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain CRM documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English and Tamil).
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage calls and multitask.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
