Job Description

You will be part of the Customer Success team at Relinns Technologies, playing a crucial role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience with Generative AI products and services. As a Customer Support Intern, your responsibilities will include: - Reaching out to potential and existing clients through inbound leads and referrals. - Understanding client requirements and customizing your approach to meet their specific needs. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. - Providing engaging product demonstrations to clients, highlighting features and benefits. - Addressing client questions and concerns during demos to ensure clarity and confidence in the product. - Collaborating with the sales team to create and present customized solutions to clients. - Assisting in the negotiation and finalization of deals while focusing on customer satisfaction. - Conducting follow-ups with clients post-demo to address any remaining questions. - Supporting clients during the onboarding process for a smooth transition. - Gathering client feedback to share with internal teams for continuous product improvement. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, demos, and deals in the CRM system. - Providing regular updates to the sales team on progress and client feedback. - Collaborating with other departments such as product and marketing to align client needs with business objectives. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (completed or ongoing). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients. - Ability to learn and effectively communicate product features to clients. - Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and handling client queries. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
