Role & responsibilities Hotel Booking & Customer Coordination Handle hotel room bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Manage daily follow-ups with customers, hotels, and internal teams. Record and maintain daily customer feedback. Provide timely assistance for any booking-related queries. Vendor Management Coordinate with dry-cleaning vendors for laundry and linen services. Manage vendors who supply hotel-related items (amenities, toiletries, linen, housekeeping materials, etc.). Ensure timely delivery of vendor materials and maintain stock updates. Follow up with vendors for any delays or quality issues. Daily Hotel Operations Monitor daily room cleaning activity done by housekeeping staff. Check and ensure all rooms are cleaned properly as per standards. Report any cleaning issues, maintenance needs, or housekeeping delays. Maintain records of cleaned/unclean rooms and escalate issues when necessary. Reporting & Documentation Maintain booking logs, vendor records, stock updates, and cleaning checklists. Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with the management team.

Role & responsibilities Provide technical support to internal users, addressing IT issues related to software, hardware, network, and other technical areas. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, including system errors, network connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. Manage IT equipment inventory and ensure proper functioning of all devices. Set up new employees with necessary IT resources, including hardware, software, and access to systems. Assist with IT projects, including software and hardware upgrades and system implementations. Maintain user access control, including user accounts and passwords, following security protocols. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference. Provide training and support to staff on new technologies, software, and tools. Assist in the setup and maintenance of the companys network infrastructure. Perform routine backups and recovery processes for critical systems and data. Required Skills Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Understanding of IT security protocols and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard productivity tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
