Sales Support Intern

As a Sales Intern at our dynamic property management group specializing in student and professional accommodation, your role will involve assisting in lead generation, client engagement, and sales operations. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including students, professionals, and partners. This will involve supporting cold calling, texting, email campaigns, and follow-ups, as well as responding to inquiries and providing detailed property information to prospective tenants. Additionally, you will guide clients through the rental process, address their questions and concerns, and assist in closing deals and negotiating rental agreements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 2,000 per booking as commission, along with performance-based bonuses for achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will gain hands-on experience in real estate sales and lead generation, making this an ideal position for individuals enthusiastic about sales, negotiation, and customer relations. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills are essential, and your willingness to work hard to learn and earn will be key to your success. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
