Internship Title: Business Systems & Data Operations Intern Full-time Internship Location: Hybrid in Kharadi– Pune (Remote + 2 days/week in office) Working Days: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays Working Hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Stipend: ₹25,000 per month Duration: 3 months Start Date: Within and under 10 days About Us We are a fast-scaling international student accommodation company helping students and professionals find verified rental homes across the UK. We work directly with landlords, agents, and partners to build a reliable network of co-living spaces. As we scale, we are investing deeply in structured systems, operational clarity, and data consistency — and this role is central to that build. What You Will Work On This is not a surface-level internship. You will directly support core business systems, operational infrastructure, and internal documentation. Expect to work hands-on with the leadership team across three areas: Assist in internal playbooks, policies, SOPs, and team guides Prepare briefs, drafts, and frameworks for internal rollout Assist leadership in codifying how the company functions Manage and update property listings with clean structure Audit and maintain accuracy in listing data, lead logs, and performance records Support internal dashboards, tracking sheets, and operations audits Review team reports, call logs, and checklists Identify gaps in execution, reporting, or quality standards Assist in weekly reports and operational summaries Who We Are Looking For Highly organised, structured thinker who doesn’t miss the details Someone who can write clearly, simplify processes, and ask the right questions Strong with Google Sheets, writing/editing, and basic data hygiene Confident in working directly with the founder and core team Based in Pune with full-time availability for 3 months Academic background in business, law, HR, or operations is preferred - but mindset and output matter more than your degree.
