About the Role:

Strategy Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collect, analyse, and synthesise data to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

Strategy Development:

• Support the Strategy team in developing business plans, growth strategies, and operational recommendations.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for operational improvement.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives across different departments to drive company-wide objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to gather insights and support strategic projects.
• Participate in meetings with senior leadership and contribute insights, analysis, and recommendations.
• Support project tracking, implementation, and follow-up to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Administrative & Ad hoc Tasks:

• Maintain documentation and records related to strategic projects and initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned by the Strategy team.
• Provide general support to ensure the smooth execution of strategic plans.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
