Oversee the end-to-end feature implementation, engaging the team in strategic planning and hands-on code reviews. Manage the entire software lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and maintenance. Develop, prioritize, and execute strategic roadmaps and project plans to meet business objectives and timelines. Report on the progress of implementation projects, emphasizing quality, operational efficiency, and system performance. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, constructive feedback, and performance metrics. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent to build a robust, cross-functional implementation team. Manage and own all implementation metrics and customer support outcomes. Prioritize exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that each implementation meets client needs and expectations. Drive innovation and simplification within our implementation processes and systems. Requirements : A seasoned professional with 4-7 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing successful product implementation or integration teams, preferably with SaaS solutions. Strong computer science background with a deep understanding of software development processes. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong technical capabilities, excellent project management, and superior communication skills.
