Job Title: Video Editor & Content Strategist (On-Site) Location: Pune, India Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month (Full-time, in-office) Start Date: Within 7 - 10 days About Us We’re building a global personal brand rooted in honesty, insight, and no-fluff storytelling aimed at international students, professionals, and people navigating big decisions in life. From YouTube videos to deeper founder-style content, everything is built with intention The person behind the brand is a founder running a fast-scaling UK property business and a parallel India-based company. The content isn’t just “editing videos” but helping shape a voice that cuts through noise and adds real value. About the Role We're hiring a full-time video editor based in Pune to work closely on personal branding content - YouTube, reels, short-form videos, interviews, and more. This isn’t just an editing job. We're looking for someone who can shoot, edit, and think on what’s working and what’s not. You'll join us during shoots, help craft better storytelling, and also be part of creative decision-making every week. What You’ll Be Doing – Edit personal branding content (YouTube videos, shorts, reels, podcast-style sit-downs) – Join for in-person shoots and help plan the setup – Work on improving hook, pacing, narrative and thumbnail decisions – Track what’s working and iterate weekly with suggestions – Create scroll-stopping thumbnails for YouTube and social – Stay in sync with trends and content formats across platforms – Organize footage, keep edits fast and clean, maintain turnaround timelines What We're Looking For – Based in Pune and ready to work from my office in-person – 2-3 years of experience editing personal or creator-style content – Strong portfolio of reels, vlogs, founder videos or YouTube edits – Basic camera knowledge a big plus (can assist during shoots) – Good sense of aesthetic and storytelling – Reliable, fast, and open to learning together - this is a collaborative role – Ready to join within 7 to 10 days Why This Is Different You’ll be part of every content decision not just post-production.
