Job Title: Video Editor & Content Strategist (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Pune, India
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Start Date: Within 7 to 10 days

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor & Content Strategist to join us in Pune. This role is focused on building high-quality content for a growing personal brand that speaks to international students, young professionals, and those navigating important life decisions. The content spans both insight and execution.

This is a strategic position not just post-production editing. You will be deeply involved in content planning, creative storytelling, video production, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Collaborate during video shoots, assisting with setup, lighting, and angles
• Shape content structure, narrative flow, hook development, and pacing
• Create effective and compelling thumbnails and social media visuals
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements weekly
• Organize footage, manage project timelines, and ensure efficient turnaround

Requirements

• Based in Pune and available to work in-office (this is not a remote role)
• 2 to 3 years of experience editing content for personal brands, creators, or professional video projects
• A strong portfolio that includes YouTube videos, interviews, reels, or vlogs
• Good working knowledge of editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Understanding of video production, including camera support and lighting (preferred)
• Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and willingness to grow with the brand
