As a Customer Support Intern in our Customer Success team, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients with our state-of-the-art Generative AI products and services. If you are passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact in a rapidly growing industry, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success. For this position, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build trust with clients, along with the ability to learn and effectively communicate product features. You should be confident in delivering product demonstrations, handling client queries, and possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A results-oriented mindset, familiarity with CRM tools, and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth are desired qualities for this customer-focused role. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, building strong relationships, providing product demonstrations, addressing client questions and concerns, collaborating with the sales team, negotiating deals, and supporting clients during the onboarding process. You will also gather client feedback, maintain records in the CRM system, provide updates to the sales team, and collaborate with other departments to align client needs with business objectives.
