EuRadicle is a Talent Management firm where we create bespoke training solutions for our clients on Leadership and Behavioural transformation needs. We are looking for experienced trainers/consultants on Leadership. The trainers will be engaged to deliver leadership training programs to senior and top management of organizations. Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct training programs for leaders in various industries. These programs could be delivered in person/ virtually • Deliver the learning objectives outlined by the client and EuRadicle • Contextualize delivery as per the industry, organization, and participant profile. • Communicate with clients for virtual meetings to understand the training context and expectations from time to time What would make you a good fit: • At least 15 years of industry experience with a minimum of 10 years in learning and development • Experience in successfully leading teams in the past would be an added advantage • Knowledge of contemporary leadership models and theories and how to apply those practically at the workplace • Ability to apply different methodologies to engage participants and facilitate discussions
