Manager - Training

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Training to join our team at Kotak Education Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Design and deliver coaching and mentoring programs to support career growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with training software and technologies, including e-learning platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
