Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our location in Lucknow and covering all region in Uttar Pradesh , India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base by building rapport and understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and closing sales and moreover generating leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency

• Market Research and Analysis abilities

• Experience in Sales Planning and Strategy

• Knowledge of scientific instruments and products is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Master's Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Life Sciences

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management,

communication skills.

• Work Experience: 1 - 5 years
