Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales activities, engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting solutions effectively. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
