Product Support Executive

Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities for the product portfolio
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide pre-sales consultations, product presentations, and application support
• Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate effectively with internal sales and service teams
• Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
  

Qualifications & Experience

• M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product support or sales of scientific instruments (excluding initial training period)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts; knowledge of AI/ML is a plus
• Passionate about technology with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent coordination and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region
