Product Support Executive

You will be working as a Product Support Executive at Loop Subscriptions, an innovative platform in Gurugram that offers subscription management solutions for Shopify merchants. Your responsibilities will include: - Resolving product-related queries and managing merchant issues through chat-based software and Slack. - Ensuring Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by providing timely and accurate resolutions. - Identifying and resolving process issues to enhance support efficiency. - Meeting quality standards, KPIs, and KRAs across various channels (email, chat, Slack). - Offering technical troubleshooting and product expertise for Sprinto, utilizing internal documentation and staying updated on product changes. - Identifying trends and reporting missing documentation to relevant teams. - Addressing outages or critical issues promptly and maintaining communication with engineers and managers. - Providing outbound video support when required. Qualifications: Must have: - 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or related customer-facing role. - Initiative-focussed mindset and self-driven approach. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask, collaborate with others, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, or similar MS tools, with experience in the SaaS industry being beneficial. Good to have: - Understanding of JS, HTML, and CSS. - Experience in the e-commerce industry. What to expect: You will be part of a startup environment with a fast-paced and progressive approach.
