Product Support Executive

As a Product Support Executive / Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users and helping them resolve product-related issues efficiently. Your role will involve troubleshooting software bugs, usability issues, and system queries, and maintaining detailed records of support requests and resolutions. You will also collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams for issue escalations using tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
