Job Title: Sales, Outreach & Onboarding Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
* Research, identify, and qualify potential leads across various industries and geographies.
* Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate new opportunities.
* Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
* Schedule discovery calls and product/service demos for prospective clients.
* Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and ensure accurate tracking of all communication and pipeline activities.
Client Onboarding
* Coordinate with new clients to gather necessary information, documentation, and preferences.
* Set clear expectations and timelines for the onboarding process.
* Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, or account management) to ensure seamless client handoffs.
* Provide ongoing support and check-ins during the initial phase of the client relationship to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
* Prepare weekly reports on outreach performance, lead conversion, and onboarding metrics.
* Contribute ideas to improve client acquisition and retention processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, client onboarding, or business development (preferably in a service-based or SaaS environment).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
* Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
