Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Srinagar. The Sales Specialist will handle various day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting products effectively, and coordinating sales to achieve targets. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, and staying informed about product features to support customer decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and manage client needs effectively.
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and execute sales strategies.
• Experience or ability in Training to mentor and guide team members in sales processes.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• A background in the automotive industry or a related field is an advantage.
