Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Srinagar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by engaging new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and delivering tailored solutions. The role includes identifying customer needs, promoting and selling products and services, conducting presentations, and providing professional consultations. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to team sales training and support overall sales strategy implementation.

• Proven Sales experience and expertise in building client relationships
• Sales Management and Training capabilities
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the automobile industry or similar fields is a plus
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
