Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shift included)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and other outreach channels to promote Ads services.
Sales Strategy: Understand client objectives and recommend tailored Ads solutions to support their business goals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Cross-selling/upselling/outbound/inbound/ Ads sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads services, or related domains.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proven experience in closing deals and working with decision-makers across levels.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
