About the Role

We are expanding our Recovery of Shares (ROS) vertical and are looking for a sales-focused, process-oriented professional who can speak to potential clients, understand their recovery case, explain our process/fees, and convert them into active assignments. This role suits candidates who have worked in share recovery, financial services, insurance, investments, loan, legal/compliance or consulting sales and want to grow in a premium, fast-growing niche.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients holding unclaimed / lost / old shares, dividends or investments.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand the case, explain recovery process, professional fee and timelines.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads/calls through CRM and WhatsApp Business.
• Do structured follow-ups — send details, resolve objections, negotiate and close the assignment.
• Coordinate with Operations & Legal teams to ensure KYC/documents/EL-LOC/IEPF requirements are received and share updates with the client.
• Achieve monthly targets on conversions, revenue and active cases.
• Build and nurture referral networks with investors, CAs, CSs, lawyers and financial advisors.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.
• Experience in share recovery / IEPF / financial services / insurance / investment / legal or compliance services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication in Hindi & workable English is mandatory.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to handle multi-stage closures (discussion → documents → confirmation → payment).
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce / Finance preferred).
• Target-driven, negotiation-friendly and enthusiastic about incentives.
