Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Core responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves training clients on services when necessary and supporting the implementation of sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to connect effectively with clients and ensure their needs are met. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue goals. Experience in Training clients or teams to understand and utilize solutions effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a remote environment. Familiarity with digital marketing solutions or the advertising industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
