Role Overview

You will be the face of ArrowFoundry / Rupantar to new and existing clients. Your mission:
  • Generate & qualify new leads / opportunities
  • Engage with prospective clients, deeply understand their problems, and pitch tailored technology + strategy + AI solutions
  • Close deals for fractional CTO, bespoke software projects, AI & agent development work
  • Manage the customer relationship through delivery — maintain high NPS, surface upsell or expansion opportunities, referrals
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure execution meets promise
  • Drive thought leadership / digital presence / brand building via content, webinars, networking
  • Travel (within region / across India) for client meetings, events, partner outreach
You will be more than a “sales person” — you must act as a trusted advisor, with enough technical grip to engage with senior technical & business decision makers.---

What Success Looks Like

  • Pipeline generation (qualified leads, client engagements) — monthly / quarterly targets
  • Conversion / win rate — closing a healthy % of proposals
  • Deal size / average contract value — ramping up to mid / large deals
  • Revenue / bookings achieved
  • Client satisfaction / Net Promoter Score (NPS) post delivery
  • Expansion / upsell / referrals from existing clients
  • Thought leadership / visibility metrics — e.g. content reach, webinar audience, LinkedIn engagement

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–7 years in B2B / enterprise software / SaaS / AI / consulting sales (India / global)
  • Nice to have: Prior experience selling fractional CTO / tech advisory / consulting
  • Strong track record of full sales cycle from lead → discovery → proposal → closure
  • Existing network of leads / contacts in tech / startup / enterprise verticals
  • Ability to quickly understand technical offerings and translate them into business value propositions
  • Prior exposure to product / engineering teams, POCs, technical evaluations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
  • Experience in digital marketing / content marketing / webinars / public speaking
  • Hunger, curiosity, resilience — you’re self-driven, proactive, agile
  • Nice to have: Prior experience in remote / hybrid / travel-intensive roles
  • Willingness to travel (within city / region / country) occasionally
  • Familiarity with Indian / global tech buying cycles, procurement processes

  • Prospecting: cold outreach, warm networks, events, referrals
  • Discovery calls / client meetings to deeply understand business problems
  • Framing and crafting tailored proposals, solution decks, pricing models
  • Negotiating terms, getting deal sign-offs
  • Handover to internal teams, participating in kickoff, staying engaged to ensure delivery aligns to promise
  • Managing customer feedback, capturing testimonials / case studies
  • Collaborating with marketing: creating content, webinars, advertising, LinkedIn outreach
  • Attending industry events, meetups, partner networking
  • Reporting progress, pipeline, forecast to leadership
