About the Role

Sales Recruiter

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate has prior experience in bulk sales hiring, understands the pace of startup growth, and can balance both quality and speed while maintaining a great candidate experience.

This is a critical role that directly impacts our go-to-market success and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Hiring Ownership

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Business Development, and Growth roles.
• Handle bulk hiring drives and ongoing requirements for inside sales and field sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to define role expectations, targets, and hiring profiles.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication, motivation, and cultural fit.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain a

  steady talent pipeline

  for critical and high-volume sales roles.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract entry-level and experienced sales talent.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers regularly.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to plan interview stages, manage feedback loops, and finalize offers.
• Schedule interviews efficiently and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Share

  hiring funnel data, performance metrics, and recruitment MIS reports

  with leadership.

4. Candidate Experience & Process Management

• Deliver a

  smooth and professional candidate experience

  from application to onboarding.
• Represent Grexa’s brand and culture effectively during all recruitment touchpoints.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement for selected candidates.
• Continuously improve hiring workflows to optimize turnaround time and quality.

5. Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, approvals, and offer guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and handover.

Requirements

• 1–3 years

  of experience in

  Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

  , preferably in

  sales hiring or startup environments

  .
• Proven experience in

  bulk or volume hiring

  for roles like

  BDM, BDE, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales

  .
• Excellent sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and offline channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets, ATS tools, and recruitment tracking systems

  .
• High ownership mindset, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be

  based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

  and able to work

  full-time from our Vashi office
