As a Sales Ops Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our revenue engine running smoothly. You’ll make sure orders are provisioned accurately, ARR is recorded correctly in Salesforce, deals are structured properly, and commissions are calculated with precision. Your work will directly improve data quality, operational efficiency, and trust in our sales and finance processes.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure orders are set up correctly by provisioning customer credits and validating details against signed contracts.
• Audit opportunities in Salesforce to confirm ARR, product details, and terms are accurate and aligned with agreements.
• Make sure forecasted values are accurately represented for clear, reliable pipeline visibility.
• Execute quarterly commission calculations, including attainment validation, credit assignments, adjustments, and final documentation for Finance.
• Build and maintain basic revenue and order operations reports and dashboards to support Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Partner with Sales to validate deal structures, resolve data gaps, and ensure contractual terms are correctly reflected in Salesforce.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership across a global, cross-functional setup.

What You Will Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in Order Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, or a similar role within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong Salesforce skills: updating opportunity records, validating ARR and product configurations, and navigating related objects.
• Experience working with commissions or incentive compensation (e.g., calculating attainment, applying accelerators, verifying credits).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when reconciling data across systems or spotting discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate work on time.

Work Arrangement

Work remotely from anywhere within India while working US Eastern Time hours.
