Contract Management: Individually support and perform contract management activities for Legal and Business Teams, Compliance Professionals, and other stakeholders. Manage contract processes for various agreements (e.g., CDAs, consultancy agreements, vendor agreements, MSAs) in direct collaboration with global legal teams. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents (commercial, clinical, etc.) in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Utilize internal tools and follow established processes to ensure compliance operations.
