Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •

Intensive communication with the international internal customers, mainly in English and Partial communication with external international customers

• Reading and Analyzing Technical documentation and all types of Drawings.

• Coordination with different Internal teams based on customer query and Supporting Product Managers on sales and technical Support

• Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFI (Request for Inquiry). Creating Quotation to customer based on the requirement of the Product managers.

• Creation of Engineering and customer sample orders and complete coordination on sample management.

• Provide expert guidance on TE Connectivity products and solutions to support customer projects and address their needs.

• Generate high-quality opportunities by highlighting the value of TEs products and services to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular touchpoints and follow-ups.

• Work with internal teams (sales, R&D, engineering, quality, customer service, production) to resolve technical queries and fulfill customer requests efficiently.

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of TE products to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Be the opportunity champion for PAC projects

• Analysis of competitors, their products and market strategies

• Data Analysis of Price History and Demand forecast to decide on Price Increase or Decrease.

• Communicate qualified opportunities to the sales team with comprehensive background information to ensure smooth handoffs.

• Track progress to the business plan and facilitate resolution to gaps.

• Organize and lead the calls on various activities related to Product management.

• Responsibility of high quality & on time delivery.

• Responsibility on handling tasks related to internal dashboards and customer portals.

• Ensuring to participate in all kinds of training that are offered.

• Support the onboarding of new joiners and secure a robust knowledge transfer.

• Fully supporting all TEOA initiatives according Star Level requirements and supporting continuous improvement projects with active participation.

• Participate in all kinds of team initiatives/programs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / BTECH (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Quotations / Pricing / Sales / Samples coordination or Idea on Sample management / Customer handling / Technical Queries

• Must have Product knowledge and project follow-up experience SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (Soft and hard skills needed to succeed)

• Technical capabilities: Expert functional/domain knowledge

• Strategic agility: Identifying relevant technological trends and opportunities and leveraging TE global technology to increase competitive position and increased value to customer

• Application Engineering: Ability to understand customer requirements & offer engineering solutions

• Global-local stakeholder alignment: Developing relationships and partnerships with Product managers and key customers.

• Quality controller: Ability to ensure quality in all the process.

• knowledge in SAP, MS Office, Access, SharePoint, Project Management Tools

• Very good written & verbal English language skills

• Very high customer and service orientation required

• Knowledge on Bill of Material

• Data Analytics

• Pricing Strategy

• Lead Generation & Lead Conversion

• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering with a focus on customer engagement and problem-solving

• Coordination skills with Various TE manufacturing plants.

• Six Sigma Tools

• PPAP (Production Part approval Process) knowledge.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements

• Decision making skills

• Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions. • Willingness to constantly learn also complex processes and scenarios

• Flexible working in different time zones as per business requirements
