Job Summary

XLNC Exotic Group is looking for an experienced and analytical Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales processes. This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, team coordination, and performance growth across the sales department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in sales operations or sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, workflows, and performance standards
  • Monitor sales metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with sales executives and team leaders to achieve monthly targets
  • Improve lead management processes and maintain CRM systems
  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions for productivity improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth inter-team communication
  • Conduct training, guidance, and support for the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high-quality service standards

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or team leadership
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and reporting methods
  • Excellent communication and team-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data-driven analysis is an advantage
