Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and fluent English-speaking BPO Executives to handle international inbound customer support processes. The role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
• Respond to customer queries related to products, services, billing, or orders
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
• Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, email handling)
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
