With strong associations with global tourism boards and DMCs, we are rapidly expanding across domestic and international markets.

Job Summary

Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline end-to-end sales operations for FIT, GIT, corporate, and MICE segments
  • Support the sales team with pricing, quotations, proposals, and vendor coordination
  • Track sales performance, targets, conversions, and pipeline reports
  • Coordinate with airlines, DMCs, hotels, and tourism boards for deals and contracts
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, confirmations, and closure of bookings
  • Develop and implement SOPs for sales processes and customer handling
  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
  • Handle escalations, client negotiations, and key accounts when required
  • Train and mentor junior sales executives
  • Ensure CRM updates, MIS reporting, and data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing or Tourism preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in travel sales or sales operations
  • Strong knowledge of outbound tourism, international destinations, and airlines
  • Experience with FIT, GIT, and group bookings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background in Travel Agency / Tour Operator / DMC
  • Exposure to international tourism boards and B2B partnerships
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and supplier management
