About Us:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle

  flight, hotel, and holiday package reservations

  efficiently via GDS/portals.
• Respond promptly to

  client inquiries

  and provide customized travel quotations.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and DMCs for booking confirmations and amendments.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and follow up on payments.
• Work closely with the

  Sales and Visa teams

  to ensure smooth customer service.
• Support corporate and group booking requirements when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in reservations/sales (preferably in travel agencies).
• Familiarity with

  GDS (Amadeus / Galileo)

  will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
