Reservations Sales Agent

We’re looking for a motivated and well-spoken individual to handle reservations and sales

Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all booking inquiries via 

  calls, WhatsApp, email, and OTA platforms

   (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and payment details
• Coordinate with the 

  Front Office

   and 

  Operations

   teams for smooth guest check-ins
• Follow up on leads to 

  convert inquiries into sales

• Share daily booking and inquiry reports with management

• Assist with corporate, group, and event bookings

   when required

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
• Good phone and WhatsApp etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, OTA dashboards)
• Prior experience in 

  hospitality or customer service

   is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks

Working Hours

• Full-time, on-site at the resort/office
• Rotational weekly offs
