Job Opening: Reservations Staff

We are a newly established travel agency specializing in hotel reservations and land arrangements. We are looking for a young and dynamic Reservations Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel reservations (domestic and international).
• Manage customer inquiries and provide quotations.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Good knowledge of reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
