Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Reservations Sales Agent. The role involves managing and confirming guest reservations, addressing inquiries professionally, assisting guests in choosing the best accommodation options, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will also provide top-notch customer service, execute receptionist duties, and contribute to the sales team's goals by promoting resort offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent Customer Service expertise with a guest-focused approach. Proficiency in Reservations processes and Receptionist Duties. Basic knowledge or experience in Sales is a plus. Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high volumes of inquiries. Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills is desirable. Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or hospitality degrees preferred.
