This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, has a guest-first attitude, and can manage front desk operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Process payments and issue invoices accurately Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements 2 years of experience in front office/hospitality preferred Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Pleasant personality with a professional attitude Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS or booking software) Willingness to work in shifts, including night shift Immediate availability is a strong plus Why Join Us?
