Position: Sales Operations Executive Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad About the Role: At CultureX , we believe that great sales performance begins with strong operational support. As a Sales Operations Executive , you will play a vital role in streamlining sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring smooth execution across the sales funnel. Your work will directly contribute to improving team efficiency, performance visibility, and conversion outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure lead hygiene by validating documentation and monitoring communication timelines. Track demo readiness and identify issues in scheduling or preparation. Monitor lead movement across the funnel and flag gaps in follow-ups or qualification. Maintain up-to-date access to all key sales documents and resources. Review deals before CRM progression to ensure adherence to process and quality checks. Organize and document call recordings and demo sessions for internal review. Coordinate training, onboarding, and performance acceleration programs. Support handovers during team transitions to ensure no loss of sales context. Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards and evaluation reports. Assist in forecasting by analyzing historical data and identifying trends. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related function. Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM systems; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
