Job Description

Sales process optimization: Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales funnel, and create and enforce standardized best practices to increase sales velocity and effectiveness. Data management and reporting: Maintain the integrity of sales data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other platforms. Create and distribute accurate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like win rates, pipeline health, and quota attainment. Forecasting and planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts, manage sales territories, and assist with setting quotas. Technology stack management: Administer and optimize the sales technology stack, including the CRM, sales enablement platforms, and automation tools. This involves evaluating, implementing, and training the team on new technologies. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure processes are aligned and support shared business objectives. Training and enablement: Support the onboarding of new sales representatives by training them on sales processes, tools, and data-management policies. Also, assist with ongoing training and development for the sales team. Compensation administration: Coordinate the design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive and compensation plans to motivate desired sales behaviors. Lead Genaration:Identify and quality new sales opportunity new sales opportunities by gathering information about prospects needs and preference. Sales Pitching:Deliver persuasive sales pitches and products information,adapting to the customer's responses.
