This role involves a combination of data management and administrative support, ensuring smooth back-office operations in a chemical trading environment. The candidate is expected to manage sensitive data, assist in regulatory compliance, and provide administrative support to all departments sales, logistics, accounts, property management, HR etc. Fast and accurate typing Proficiency in Excel, Word, and relevant software (CRM, HRMS, ERP) Attention to detail Confidentiality and data integrity Organizational and time management skills Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Update CRM with service tickets and issue logs. Enter feedback from surveys or follow-up calls. Assist in creating customer history reports for internal use. Record tenant details, lease agreements, rent payments, and renewal dates. Maintain property maintenance logs and vendor service records. Track utility bills, payments, and due dates. Enter data related to property inspections and incident reports. Update asset registers for furniture, fittings, and appliances. In HR Department:Maintain employee records: personal details, leave, attendance, and payroll data. Enter data related to hiring: job applications, interview feedback, and onboarding. Update training, performance review, and disciplinary action records. Assist in maintaining statutory compliance data (PF, ESI, etc.). Manage exit formalities data and full & final settlements.
