Conduct outreach activities in rural and remote areas to identify needy individuals and organize them into groups based on their comfort and convenience.
Scoping & Survey: Identify and assess villages/wards with potential for Self-Help Groups (SHGs) or Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
Ensure a minimum number of participants in each village/ward for effective program execution.
Participant Orientation: Conduct training sessions to educate members on financial literacy, formal banking, and credit awareness.
Participant Acquisition & Group Formation: Collect participant profiles and facilitate their group formation after orientation.
Create and maintain baseline information about the SHG/JLG for tracking and monitoring purposes.
