1. Operations Management: a. Oversee day-to-day crushing plant operations to meet quality and production targets. b. Plan and coordinate material feed, equipment usage, and workforce deployment. c. Ensure efficient utilization of resources (machinery, manpower, materials). d. Supervise routine and breakdown maintenance with the engineering team. e. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations. 2. Sales & Business Development: a. Identify and develop new customers in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. b. Manage existing client relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment. c. Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotations, and contracts. d. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences. e. Collaborate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch. 3. Inventory & Logistics: a. Coordinate production and sales forecasts to manage inventory levels efficiently. b. Ensure adequate availability of raw materials (stone boulders, fuel, spares). c. Liaise with transporters and logistics providers for dispatch planning. 4. Team Management: a. Lead and manage teams across production, maintenance, and sales functions. b. Train staff on operational efficiency, safety standards, and customer service. c. Implement performance metrics and incentive plans to boost productivity. d. Reporting & Analysis: e. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, sales, and profitability. f.
