Key Responsibilities: Oversee retail and distribution operations for Tata Steel products across designated regions. Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly/annual revenue targets. Manage and build strong relationships with exclusive and multi-branded retail stores. Expand business through Tata Alternate Channels (Pravesh and Colors) . Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and align business accordingly. Optimize budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. Lead and mentor retail sales and distribution teams to achieve organizational goals. Ensure smooth operations across locations including South Bengal, North Bengal, and North East markets . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 7–12 years of experience in retail, distribution, or business management (experience in steel, construction, or building materials preferred). Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Proven track record in achieving sales and managing large-scale distribution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
