🔧 Key Responsibilities Farm & Operations Management Supervise and coordinate daily labour activities. Collaborate with operations teams to enhance workflow efficiency and boost crop yield. Hydroponic System & Irrigation Oversight Monitor and maintain hydroponic irrigation and automation systems. Troubleshoot issues related to pumps, sensors, valves, and fertigation equipment. Crop Planning & Nutrient Optimization Develop crop plans based on production goals and market demand. Ensure accurate nutrient dosing and maintain correct pH and EC levels. Plant Health, Pest & Disease Management Conduct regular plant health assessments and diagnose issues early. Implement integrated pest and disease management strategies. Harvesting & Post-Harvest Coordination Oversee harvesting activities to meet quality and yield goals. Support post-harvest handling, grading, packaging, and sales coordination. Data Logging & Reporting Maintain detailed logs of nutrient levels, system performance, and crop growth. Prepare reports with insights for continuous process improvement. Technology & Automation Guide the team in using sensors, monitoring tools, and automation systems. Support the introduction of innovative farming practices and tools. 🎯 Requirements Experience in hydroponic farming or controlled-environment agriculture (CEA). Strong understanding of nutrient management, plant physiology, and pest/disease control. Ability to troubleshoot irrigation and automation systems.
