Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Supervise a team of retail staff members to ensure effective execution of tasks and maintain high standards of service quality.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in store operations and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in QSR or Retail Store Operations with a focus on Store Management.
Strong understanding of Store Operations, Store Planning, Stores Management principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
