Job Description

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Set clear sales targets, track team performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to provide insight into sales performance and pipeline.

Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market requirements.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

  • Manage and optimize the sales budget to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT solutions sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
