Job Description

We are looking for Manager Sales

1. Drive end-to-end sales of ultra-luxury residences to HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients with a strong focus on closures.

2. Build and nurture relationships with premium clients, private bankers, wealth managers, and luxury channel partners.

3. Deliver high-quality presentations, curated site experiences, and personalized customer engagement.

4. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

5. Track market trends and competitor offerings to position the project effectively and support pricing strategies.

6. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead quality, timely follow-ups, and seamless documentation.

7. Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and maintain accurate reports on CRM/MIS platforms.

1. Sales Revenue & Conversion Ratio

2. HNI/UHNI Lead Acquisition & Relationship Strength
