The primary objective of the Sales Manager Water Well Screens is to be part of the Global Product Line, design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base, and ensure a strong presence in India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. The Country Head must maximise the potential of the internal sales team and adopt a competitive and innovative approach for new product development.
The role will work closely with the WWS Technical Solutions Lead to identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth. This includes aligning technical and commercial strategies, leveraging technical expertise to unlock new market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with global WWS objectives.
